These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DreemDeal (the "Service"), operated by SHIVAM TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for real estate brokers and professionals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for ensuring you comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • We may require identity verification (KYC) before enabling certain features.

3. Use of the Service

The Service enables brokers to post requirements, submit offers with commission terms, connect, and collaborate on deals. You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
  • Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate broker collaboration.

4. Deals and Commissions

DreemDeal is a platform that facilitates connections between brokers. Commission terms (whether fixed or percentage-based) are agreed directly between the brokers involved. We are not a party to any deal, brokerage agreement, or commission arrangement, and we do not guarantee the completion, legality, or outcome of any transaction. Brokers are solely responsible for honouring the terms they agree to.

5. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Fees

Certain features of the Service may be subject to fees. Where applicable, fees and payment terms will be disclosed to you before you incur them. All fees are stated exclusive of taxes unless otherwise noted.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, and software, is owned by SHIVAM TECH PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor do we endorse any user, listing, or offer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHIVAM TECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service or any dealings between brokers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHIVAM TECH PRIVATE LIMITED and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
